Clean, comfortable, and well-located hotels close to transit and dining. Not hostel-level, not luxury — just reliable, relaxing places to unwind after exploring.


That’s completely okay. Japan has veg-friendly, vegan, halal-friendly, and other flexible options. Your trip lead helps with restaurant suggestions and ordering.


Expect 8,000–12,000 steps depending on the day. The pace is gentle and we take breaks. This is not a rushed tour.

If you’d like extra support, we offer optional visa guidance for ₹2,500, including document review and tips to avoid common mistakes.

Visa approval depends on your personal documents and travel history, and the decision is made by the Japan Embassy/Consulate, so we cannot guarantee or influence the outcome.

Because we make advance bookings in Japan for your hotels, trains, and experiences — and these are non-refundable on our side as well — the deposit and trip cost are non-refundable if your visa is delayed or denied.

However, if the journey itself does not confirm (our side), you’ll receive a FULL REFUND of everything paid — including the deposit.
