We don't build journeys for someone else to sell. We design them ourselves, work directly with our travellers and deliberately keep our groups small so the experience remains personal, considered and true to the way we believe Japan should be experienced.
When you book with Beyond Tokyo, you're booking directly with the team responsible for your journey, with no reseller or intermediary between you and us.

Beyond Tokyo is intentionally direct-to-traveller.
We do not provide Beyond Tokyo journeys for resale, white-labelling or onward distribution, and we do not accept booking requests from travel agents, resellers, aggregators or other intermediaries on behalf of their customers.
This is deliberate. Keeping Beyond Tokyo direct allows us to protect the journeys we create, know the people we'll be travelling with and remain personally accountable for the experience from beginning to end.

Beyond Tokyo does not authorise travel agents, resellers, aggregators or other third parties to sell our journeys or collect traveller payments on our behalf.
Beyond Tokyo does not accept cash payments. All payments must be made through our official online payment channels or by bank transfer to the account details provided directly by Beyond Tokyo in India.
Please make bookings and payments only through beyondtokyo.in or using payment instructions shared directly with you through our official communication channels.

If anyone claims to represent Beyond Tokyo, offers to sell you a Beyond Tokyo journey through another business, or asks you to make payment using unfamiliar account details, please verify with us before making any payment.
