We are not able to issue refunds in situations of illness or other personal circumstances. Once trip arrangements are confirmed, much of the cost is already committed to hotels, transportation, and service providers in Japan who have strict non-refundable policies.

However:

• Your travel insurance may cover certain medical cancellation situations, depending on the provider’s terms.
• We will help you provide supporting documents for insurance claims if applicable.

Our group sizes are intentionally small, and arrangements are priced and confirmed per traveler in advance. Hotels, train passes, and cultural experiences in Japan follow non-refundable and non-adjustable pricing structures.
